Bath City FC supporter, Cathy Atkinson, was delighted to have received her prize cheque after becoming one of the most recent £1,000 Goalden Gate Superdraw Jackpot winners. Her dad, Ray Stacey, who is a life long Bath City supporter, enters her into the draw each week and both Cathy and Ray are delighted, as was the area lottery agent, Merv Toogood, who got a £100 agent bonus.
Bath City FC have been using the Goalden Gate Superdraw as a way to raise valuable funds towards the club’s youth set-up for under three years now and in this time the lottery campaign has brought in around £30,000. Bath City’s Commercial Manager, Bob Chester, has been delighted with the funds generated by the Midland Sporting Association run lottery so far stating “I would like to recommend Goalden Gate Superdraw as an excellent way of helping to raise funds for a club.”
“We at Bath City FC have found everyone connected to Goalden Gate to be most helpful, organised and easy to talk to. Obviously we have to put in the groundwork of getting people to join the lottery although we benefit from the experience and expertise that MSA Ltd share. The administration is made easy by the methods and systems in place by Kevin and his staff who run the Goalden Gate Superdraw.”
The excitement for Cathy and her family is to continue as Bath City have invited the £1,000 winner along to Twerton Park for the important home fixture against Slough Town where she will take part in a cheque presentation at half-time.
